    Red face What is your fitness regiment to stay slim?

    For me (lady), I go with a carb free diet and no sugary drinks.
    Keep myself hydrated throughout the day and ensure to have plenty of water.

    Exercises: 3km jog every alternate evening + light dumbells sessions during weekend

    How bout everyone else?
